Director of Operation
Responsibilities
Now Hiring: Director of Operations – Romania (Mechanical Division)
Location: Romania
Positions Available: 4
Z Soft Solution Limited is expanding its international presence and establishing operations in Romania. We are seeking four (4) experienced and dynamic Directors of Operations to lead and manage our Mechanical Department, focusing on industrial and commercial chiller systems and overall mechanical operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical operations or HVAC/chiller system management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in international or industrial project management is an asset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the mechanical division, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with Romanian standards.
Manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chiller systems, HVAC units, and related mechanical equipment.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful completion of all mechanical and technical projects.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
Supervise and train technical staff, ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to maintain operational excellence.
Prepare regular performance, maintenance, and project progress reports for senior management.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all operations.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Good communication skills; English is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot chiller systems and related mechanical equipment.
Support the daily operations of the Mechanical Department.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Collaborate with Directors of Operations and engineering teams to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
